The bilateral relations between #India and #Taiwan has improved over the years, and India is seen as a potential #investment destination by the #Taiwanese investors. As of April 2022, with more than 100 Taiwanese companies in India employing 65,000 Indians, Taiwan’s investment in India amounts to US$ 815 million.

Taiwan is one of the top five foreign investors in #TamilNadu and the state is home to major Taiwanese companies like, Foxconn, Pegatron. Many companies are looking for Indian partners for Joint Ventures in manufacturing and trading. Indian students are offered scholarships in Science and Management disciplines.
