India continues to foster innovations and, since last year, has climbed to the 40th place in WIPO’s Global Innovation Index. The 301 Report by the Office of the United States Trade Representative maintained India’s ranking as one of the seven countries where protecting and enforcing IP rights presents a major challenge.
